Now that it's week six, actually we've got like, 2.5 days left, everyone's busy, and if anyone isn't, they're handed a job fast and snapped at to get it done. The programming team is trying to get everything they need to do finished, and there's a struggle to get the robot done on time. The whole team is excited for competition, but it's so far away, it seems, and yet so close at the same time. Some are buzzing with questions if they're going to be able to go or not, and some puff out their chests proudly, like yep, I'm going. The mentors' moods are thin, it's easy to see that all they want to do is get this robot done. Most of the team is in the line of thinking that once the bot is finished, everything's done, when really, that's not it. T-shirts still need to be ordered for competition, and we want jackets too, so order those quickly. Talk to Mrs. Nichols about that. Also, we want to promote the team a little more than usual, by putting posters up all over the school like StuCo does for the sports teams during Homecoming. It's almost competition, why not get pumped up about it instead of stressed out?
The whole team is pretty much done with this build season, luckily it's almost over, and yet we all wish that we still had more time to get this robot done.
